Seeds to Sew Club at Stuart Country Day School Fundraiser

Hi and thank you for checking out Stuart Country Day School S2S Club fundraiser page!

In 2019, Kathryn and Emily Ix started the Seeds to Sew Club at Stuart Country Day School. Over the last few years, the club has raised over $5,700 for Seeds to Sew International. These funds have been used to fund the tuition and school fees for girls in Seeds to Sew’s education program in rural Kenya who would otherwise not be able to afford to continue with their education.

The club at Stuart has grown in members and we are now one of the largest clubs in the Upper School. Our goal is to promote the mission of Seeds to Sew International in our school community by increasing awareness and raising funds to help improve the lives of women and girls in Kenya.

This year, our club is raising money to support Seeds to Sew Education Fund that grants scholarships to the most promising and underprivileged students in rural Kenya. Thank you so much for visiting our site and considering shopping or donating. We greatly appreciate your support!

We picked up some items from Seeds to Sew shop in Hopewell, took pictures and set up this fundraising page to be shared far and wide. If you don’t like any of the items we feature here, feel free to check out other items sold by Seeds to Sew online or in-person at their shop (16 Seminary Ave. in Hopewell, NJ). If you make a purchase, please leave a note during the checkout that this sale was for the Stuart fundraiser. This will help us track money raised.

We would greatly appreciate your contribution, which will be included in the total amount raised for our fundraiser. Seeds to Sew is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, they will send you a receipt for your tax purposes.

Seeds to Sew shop on Seminary Avenue in Hopewell offers many more products made in Kenya by the participants in their program, and by their volunteers in Hopewell. The shop is open Tuesday – Friday 10am – 6pm, Saturday 12/21 10am – 5pm & Sundays 10am – 3pm, until 12/22/24.
