Sisal Fruit Basket

Hand-dyed Raffia is wrapped expertly around a core made of banana fiber. Handmade by artisans in our Githomo Program in Mt. Kenya region.

Use it for fruit, bread, or just about anything, or hang it on the wall for a stunning decoration. Basket is about 12" across and about 3" deep. Hanging loop on back.

All net proceeds from sale of Githomo Crafts pay for school fees of underprivileged girls in the Mt. Kenya area.

Each basket is unique. Please e-mail us if you'd like to order more than one basket, we would be happy to help. We order from the artisans directly. Turn around time is usually about 1 month.
