Middle School, High School and College students are invited to submit their application to become Seeds to Sew Student Ambassadors. Our goal is to have students gain knowledge about the challenges women and girls face in developing countries and get involved in our programs. We want our Seeds to Sew Student Ambassadors to become invested in our mission and operations, participating in activities to raise awareness, promote our programs and sell our products. Some of the responsibilities will be helping us tweak existing programs and develop new ones, research fundraising opportunities, reach out to potential re-sellers and more. This is a hands-on position for a good out-of-the-box thinker who is an outgoing and independent worker. If you are dependable, organized, self-motivated and outgoing, this might be an opportunity for you!
Bookkeeping / Accounting Internship
Main responsibilities will be assisting with all financial operations of the organization such as bookkeeping, receipt management, assisting with preparation of annual budget and tracking monthly expenses and more. If you are a dependable, trustworthy, organized individual able to mutlitask and have a great attention to detail, this might be an internship for you! Required proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; Quckbooks Online experience preferred but not required.
Seasonal Event Internship
Represent Seeds to Sew at various events such as farmers’ markets, town fairs, church events, school events, and other events where vendors are able to sell products. Raise awareness about our organization and inform customers about what we do and why is it important. This is a great internship for a dependable, organized and self-motivated individual with outgoing personality and pleasant manner.
